Amano Eco Puna 8ply Baby Alpaca Yarn - 9014 Canon

Soft, luscious and light weight 100% baby alpaca yarn - soft to touch, with a subtle sheen and beautiful drape.  You'll defintely feel a little bit luxe knitting and wearing this yarn.  

A great match for knitting patterns such as scarves, shawls, and cowls or where you need drape.   This yarn is also an option for luxurious garments, but note that Alpaca yarn does not have much 'memory' which means the yarn will naturally drape/fall over time and not keep a firm structure like wool can.   

Baby alpaca is often a great option for those who may be allergic to wool yarns as it has no lanolin.  

The Eco Puna range is created from the natural colours of the alpaca and is not dyed.
