WORLDWIDE:
Shipping is calculated at checkout. This varies between countries - we try and pass on the best rates we can while using international tracked courier services. 

We aim to pack and ship your order within one working day, excluding weekends and public holidays.  

Within NEW ZEALAND:
Target delivery time is overnight for major North Island towns, or two working days for other areas after leaving Miss Maude Sewing Store.  Rural Deliveries will take an additional 2-4 working days.

NZ Post + Australia Post - tracked, signed for service, 6-12 working days.

Within NEW ZEALAND:
Parcels are sent tracked via Courier Post - if you are not at the delivery address the courier will leave your parcel in a safe place. If there is no safe place, they will leave a collection card with instructions on how you can collect your parcel from a nearby depot.  Your parcel will be covered for damage, however Smith Fabric House Ltd t/a Miss Maude or Courier Post will not be responsible for any missing or damaged parcels once the parcel has been registered as delivered within the Courier Post tracking system.  Your parcel will be delivered with care, but we can not guarantee its security once delivered.   If you prefer for your parcel to be signed for on delivery, please make a note in the "Add Order Note' section of the cart (first page of checkout process).  

To AUSTRALIA 

NZ Post + Australia Post is a tracked, signed for service.  Delivery Australia wide, including PO Boxes.  Expected delivery times are 6-12 working days. 

WORLDWIDE
International parcels are sent via DHL Express or New Zealand Post International Courier.
Each is a tracked, time efficient service.

• Home Compostable courier bags
