Shop online with confidence. We want you to be delighted with what you buy from us.
We offer a 90 day return policy - please note there are exceptions regarding fabric.
If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase of non-fabric items you may return them for a full refund or store credit (you choose). We will refund the amount of your purchase (which includes the shipping cost of your order). You will, however, be responsible for the cost of return post and packaging and returns must be received within 90 days of delivery.
Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging - we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the goods and respective packaging are in an As New condition.
In some circumstances we may offer a partial refund if there is superficial damage to the product - this is solely at our discretion.
Refunds and returns are not available on sale items.
Refunds will be made via the same method you made your payment for the order.
Fabric Returns: Please note that fabrics are sold as bespoke items (ie we cut them to your requested size), so we are unable to exchange these if you change your mind. If colour, weight and texture are important for your purchase, we recommend you order a free sample piece prior to committing to a project length of fabric. While we do our best to accurately represent the colour of our fabrics, please note that all monitors, screens and devices show colours differently.
If, however, you receive faulty or damaged fabric, please get in touch and we will gladly arrange a suitable remedy.
