We spend a lot of time searching for and stocking high quality fabrics and sewing supplies. We only stock what we love to sew and knit with and we want you to be delighted with what you buy from us.
FABRICS: Please note that fabrics are sold as bespoke items (ie we cut them to your requested size), so we are unable to exchange these if you change your mind. If colour, weight and texture are important for your purchase, we recommend you order a sample piece prior to committing to a project length of fabric. While we do our best to accurately represent the colour of our fabrics, please note that all monitors, screens and devices show colours differently.
If, however, you receive faulty or damaged fabric, please get in touch and we will gladly arrange a suitable remedy.
YARN + OTHER PRODUCTS: If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase of non-fabric items you may return them for a refund, exchange or store credit (which includes the shipping cost of your order). You will, however, be responsible for the cost of return post and packaging and returns must be received within 30 working days of delivery.
Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging - we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the goods and respective packaging are in an As New condition.
If requiring a refund due to change of mind, there is a small $1 service fee. Store credits will be for the full value of your purchase.
