Yes! The online store is open and we ship international orders via DHL Express. We are able to ship from New Zealand, however you will have a better judge as to whether local couriers are operating in your area for deliveries. It is likely that some areas will experience delays. Updated 8 June 2020

Our fabrics are priced and sold in 10cm increments. For example, if you would like to order two metres of fabric, enter '20' in the quantity box. We will cut a continuous piece of two metres for you. Occasionally fabrics will be priced per cut piece or in other quantity breaks - this will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.
Our webbings and trims arepriced and sold per metre. For example, if you would like to order two metres of trim or webbing, enter '2' in the quantity box. We will cut a continuous piece of two metres for you.
Yes, you can. On each fabric product page simply select Sample from the dropdown "Option" box, click to add it to your cart.
Each fabric product page has basic washing and care instructions. We recommend that you pre-wash your fabric before cutting and sewing. We recommend you wash the fabric as you intend to wash the finished garment - that way any shrinkage that may occur will happen before you cut!
We spend a lot of time searching for and stocking high quality fabrics and sewing supplies. We only stock what we love to sew and we want you to be delighted with what you buy from us.
FABRICS: Please note that fabrics are sold as bespoke items (ie we cut them to your requested size), so we are unable to exchange these if you change your mind. If colour, weight and texture are important for your purchase, we recommend you order a sample piece prior to committing to a project length of fabric. While we do our best to accurately represent the colour of our fabrics, please note that all monitors, screens and devices show colours differently.
If, however, you receive faulty or damaged fabric, please get in touch and we will gladly arrange a suitable remedy.
ALL OTHER PRODUCTS: If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase of non-fabric items you may return it for a refund. We will refund the amount of your purchase (which includes the shipping cost of your order). You will, however, be responsible for the cost of return post and packaging and returns must be received within 15 working days of delivery.
Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging. Please email before making a return at email@example.com.

After entering your shipping details at checkout, you will be prompted to enter a 'gift card or discount code'. Please enter the code on your Gift Voucher - you will have either been sent this via email or as a physical card.
We have recently changed our website platform - all unused and valid gift cards have been transferred to our new platform. If for some reason, your voucher code isn't working - please get in touch. You will need to let us know what the gift voucher code is, and the expiry date. We will then be able to make sure all valid vouchers are able to be used shopping the store.
