The Sidney jumper is a boxy sweatshirt with a loose crew neck and finger skimming sleeves. Finished with stretch rib at the neck, cuffs and hem, you can make this oversized design in knits or snuggly woven fabrics.
This is a multi-size paper pattern in an envelope - two sizing options are available: Sizes 6 - 18 or Sizes 18 - 28.
Recommended Fabric : To get the structured boxy shape of Sidney, choose a medium to heavy weight cloth such as sweat shirting, jersey loopback, boiled wool or cotton jacquards.
You will also need Ribbing to finish the garment. See the last image for ribbing off the roll. Or for pre-cut lengths of ribbing that we stock, you will need 3 strips for sizes 6 – 14 and 4 strips for sizes 16 – 28. Note – you can leave the ribbing off of the bottom of the sweatshirt, in which case you will only need 2 strips for all sizes.

Fabric > This is cut to become a bespoke product, we are unable to offer a refund if you change your mind. We encourage you to order a sample first if colour, texture and weight is important for your project.
Yarn + Other Goods > If you are not delighted with your purchase, we will happily refund, exchange or offer a store credit on full priced yarn and other goods within 30 days of purchase and in their original As New condition.
Sale Items > No returns or exchanges on any sale items. Note, some items may be on sale because of a known fault - this will be noted on the product listing.
