The Assembly Line - Cap Sleeve Vest
This Cap Sleeve Vest is a fantastic layering piece that will work for all seasons - just vary the fabric to suit. Featuring a simple straight shape, the vest has hidden front pockets with large flaps and snap buttons for closing at front - the ultimate in practicality. We're big fans of pockets!!!
The pattern includes both a lined and an unlined version.
The vest is not difficult to sew and can be transformed from skill level average to easy in no time if you skip the lining and perhaps use sew-on snap buttons, or no buttons, for the first one.
We have sewn this pattern up in our 6 wale cord and we have written a blog review on how we found it.
Difficulty: Intermediate
Seam allowances are included in the pattern.
Suitable fabrics: mid weight fabrics, but almost any fabric would work!

140-150 cm fabric width
XS 1.8 m / S 1.9 m / M 2.0 m / L 2.0 m / XL 2.2 m / 2XL 2.2 m / 3XL 2.2 m
Lining fabric 140-150 cm - optional
XS 1.1 m / 2 1.2 m / M-L 1.3 m / XL-3XL 1.8 m
