The Noisette cardigan has a bottom-up construction, with a nice popcorn stitch on the body.
The sleeves are knitted in the round in stockinette stitch, and then attached to the body to knit the raglan decreases that will shape the neckline. Choose to finish the cardigan with an i-cord and tie or a ribbed neckline.
Knit it up in a DK / 8ply weight yarn, - A perfect match for Along Avec Anna 8ply Merino
Yarn: 8Ply-DK
Meterage: DK weight yarn: approximately 280, (300, 350, 420)450, 500, 580, 600 metres
Size: 3, (6, 12, 18 months) 2, 4, 6, 8 years old
Needles: 3,5mm/US 4 circular needles or another size depending on your gauge + 3,25mm for ribbing
2.75mm/ US 2 to knit the Icord
Gauge: 22 st x 32 rows = 4’’ in stockinette stitch.
Notions: 8 stitch markers; scrap yarn; tapestry needle; 5 to 7 buttons depending on the size you are knitting
