Cross Stitch Bookmark Kit - Zodiac, Mucha

Combine your love of cross stitch and reading with this advanced bookmark kit. Produced in 1896 by Alfons Mucha (known internationally as Alphonse Mucha), Zodiac features the striking profile of a woman framed by a prominent halo. It was originally created as a company calendar for Champenois for the year 1897.

Everything you need to bring a section of the design to life is included: Mouliné Spécial threads on an organiser, 14-count white Aida fabric, two backing cards, a needle and easy-to-follow instructions.

Alfons Mucha was a Czech Art Nouveau painter, illustrator and graphic artist. He is best known for his distinctly stylised and decorative theatrical posters.
