Eligibility

This $200 Miss Maude Store Voucher giveaway is subject to New Zealand laws and void where prohibited by law. Miss Maude’s employees, its affiliates, suppliers, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, (collectively the “Employees”), are ineligible to participate in the In Store giveaway. 

Agreement to rules

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Miss Maude reserves the right to disqualify entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements. You agree to accept the decisions of Miss Maude as final and binding as it relates to the content of 'We Love To See What You Make' Draw.

In Store giveaway entry period

This promotion runs on the 22 January 2022. To be eligible for the $200 Store Voucher, entries must be received in store on the 22 January 2022 prior to 4.30pm.

How to enter

Eligible entrants can enter by completing the entry form and placing the form into the marked boxes placed by the counters in store. The winner will be drawn at random and notified on Tuesday 25 January 2022. 

Prizes

The one winner of 'We Love To See What You Make' Miss Maude giveaway will receive a Store Voucher to the value of $200. The prize shall be determined solely by the Manager of the store. There shall be no cash or other prize substitution permitted except at the Managers discretion. The prize is non-transferable.  

Odds

The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning. 

Selection and Notification of Winner

The Winner will be selected by a random drawing under supervision of a witness. A Miss Maude employee will notify the Winner by phone or email by 25 January 2022, following the winners selection. Miss Maude is not responsible for nor shall have any liability for the Winner’s failure to receive notices due to the email going to your junk email. Nor shall Miss Maude be liable for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

If the Winner 1) fails to claim the prize within [40 days] from the time the award notification was sent, or 2) is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected.

Privacy policy

Information submitted with an entry will be destroyed after the draw and prize has been collected.
