Our physical gift vouchers are printed on quality recycled card and feature beautiful makers imagery, plus there's plenty of room to write you own message - or let us know if you'd like us to scribe something on your behalf.
(The recycled card may have the odd small fleck visible - part of the charm!)
Each gift voucher comes with a recycled paper envelope.

- Value of the gift voucher - you can choose any value
- Address and phone number the gift card is to be sent to
- If you would like us to write in the card on your behalf
We will then be in contact with payment options - you will be charged the value of the voucher, plus $5 for the card and shipping.
Each voucher is valid for 36 months and can be used to shop online or in store.

Orders over $150 will ship free to New Zealand and Australia
We aim to ship your order within one working day of payment being received. NZ deliveries are normally delivered within a day or two of leaving the store, while international deliveries (over $9 in value) can be sent via NZ Post + Australia Post or DHL Express for a tracked timely delivery service.
At times there may be circumstances beyond our control which will delay shipping.

RETURNS
As a fabric order is a bespoke product, we are unable to offer a refund if you change your mind. We encourage you to order a sample first if colour, texture and weight is important for your project.
We will gladly take returns on any item that is faulty or damaged, please refer to our returns page for full information.
