Lightweight Boiled Wool, Khaki

This light weight boiled wool is lighter than our original boiled wool, and with the addition of viscose - we think this fabric will make gorgeous warm winter cardigans and floppy jumpers.

Boiled wool is firstly knitted then essentially boiled by churning in very hot water. This gives the wool a lovely plump textured look while still being relatively light weight for the thickness and warmth. The fabric remains stretchy for flexibility and comfort.

Boiled wool doesn't fray, so it is a great option for quick winter makes or for projects where you want to have a raw edge as a feature.
