Friday Pattern Company - Hughes Dress
The Hughes is the perfect everyday dress. It features Viennese seams, gathered sleeves, and a gorgeous scoop neckline. The bodice is lined and the skirt has an a-line sweep. It buttons up the front and has an adjustable lace-up tie in the back. The tie can be cinched in or loosened depending on desired fit. The Hughes Dress is designed to be a timeless style with beautiful construction details that can be treasured for generations.
Skill level – intermediate.
Recommended fabric: A drapey rayon or silk will give a more elegant dressy look, while a more sturdy fabric like a linen will give you a gorgeous everyday dress. We encourage you to be creative and daring with fabric, any dress weight woven fabric is suitable.

Fabric > This is cut to become a bespoke product, we are unable to offer a refund if you change your mind. We encourage you to order a sample first if colour, texture and weight is important for your project.
Yarn + Other Goods > If you are not delighted with your purchase, we will happily refund, exchange or offer a store credit on full priced yarn and other goods within 30 days of purchase and in their original As New condition.
Sale Items > No returns or exchanges on any sale items. Note, some items may be on sale because of a known fault - this will be noted on the product listing.
